This modern 2 bed, 2 bath ground floor apartment was built in 2001 and is located on the prestigious Las Mimosas Golf de Cabopino complex. It has been owned by Forsell Holiday homes since new.

Cabopino has established itself as a quality resort on the Costa Del Sol and is ideally suited to both couples and families. A 15 minute walk and you come to the Puerto Cabopino Marina and beaches.

The port area of Cabopino has quality restaurants with most of them looking over the small marina. With the lights at night it has a tranquil and relaxing feel.

The beaches of Cabopino are sandy and extensive with plenty of sun beds and parasols to hire. Adjacent to the main parts of the beach are beach bars and restaurants for you to enjoy a morning coffee, lunch tea or dinner!

There are many things to do locally including water sports, boat trips fishing, sight seeing, Aqua parks and Theme Parks.

The area is also famous for it's high quality golf courses and as the complex's name suggests there is a course adjoining the complex. The apartment is located within the Costa del Golf area and there are over 30 superb courses.

Cabopino is 11 km from Marbella and it's vast array of designer shops/bars and restaurants. A little bit further along the coast and one arrives at the famous Puerto Banus marina.

The apartment is well positioned for day trips to Gibralter, Ronda, Seville, the famous caves of Nerja and Granada.

The apartment is set in very attractive and spacious communal gardens which also contain one large communal swimming pool and a toddlers pool. The complex has it’s own sun beds and parasols surrounding the pool.

Opposite the apartment complex is a small commercial centre containing a shop selling food basis/newspapers/cards/beach goods etc and an excellent Pizza restaurant.
The apartment is approximately 40 minutes from Malaga airport

The apartment is managed by a Property Management company who provide key collection/cleaning/Welcome packs/cot/hire chair hire etc. They also provide certain emergency services/repairs during your stay if any unforeseen events should occur. Further details are available on request.

Bedrooms:

1 double bedded ensuite and 1 twin bedded ensuite. Both have extensive built in wardrobes/drawers and hot/cold air conditioning and are brightly decorated.

Bathrooms:

2 full bathrooms with bath/shower over with shower spray guard. Toilet/bidet/ washbasin with mirror and light over.

Kitchen/utility:

Fully equipped including dishwasher/fridge freezer/ electric oven/4 ring electric hob/washing machine/microwave.

Lounge/Diner:

Large room consisting of 2 sofas(one being a double sofa bed) dining table and 6 chairs. TV/DVD/CD stereo system/various items of furniture. Main UK TV channels VIA COMPLIMENTARY WI FI. Hot and cold air conditioning.

Swimming Pool:

Large communal pool plus children's pool. Sun loungers and parasols for guests use.

Terraces:

Large terrace area overlooking gardens and pool with table and 6 chairs plus 4 sun loungers .Lockable gate encloses the terrace/small garden to allow easy but safe access to the pool area.

Gardens:

Extensive communal gardens laid down to grass with borders containing trees, shrubs and plants.

Car parking:

The apartment has an allocated under ground parking space. There is also extensive off street parking.

Linen and Towels:

Provided and changed weekly. Beach towels are not provided.

Air Conditioning /Heating System:

Operates in both bedrooms and lounge/diner.

Views:

Garden and pool. Limited sea views.

Beach:

15 minutes walk to extensive sandy beaches including a naturist beach.

Golf:

A golf course backs onto the apartment complex.

Transport:

A hire car is recommended but taxis do operate from the airport and locally. There is also a well serviced bus route that operates along the A7 coastal route- nearest bus stop 4 minutes walk.

Shops:

There is a small commercial centre within the complex with a small shop for basic essentials. Comprehensive shopping can be found in Elvira and Calahonda (about 5 minutes by car).

Restaurants:

Excellent selection within walking distance and many more which are accessible with transport.

Pets:

Not allowed.

Smoking:

Not allowed in any areas of the Property.

Maximum Occupancy:
